THE MAST, SINGAPORE
Budgeting Consultancy and Build
Time zone different, language barrier, Italian style of layout that was not to Singapore SFA regulation.

This was started off by client engaging us for budgetary consultation whereby we try to understand their concept and location of their unit and work out the budget.

With just layout, some elevation, and no MEP schedule. we delivered the project with near zero add on cost. That's how precised we are in our quotation to deliver the project.

Earning the trust of Owner and help them achieve the effect by using different construction method to reduce the costing.

It is always fun to work with other designer who have a nice concept while we execute the details.
Client initial budget was burst by 30%. However within 2 meetings, we understood the client intention on material usage and we counter proposed other material and construction details to lower down the construction cost without affecting the design feel and concept.

FLORAL ATELIER
Budgeting Consultancy and Build
With just a floor plan and some mood concept. We worked with Slovenian designer to come out with the quotation to as accurate as we can.
The initial quotation: $220,000.
Competitor: $300,000
Our Final contract: $180,000

The client accepted our suggestion on the construction detail and material and it helped them reduced the construction cost.
QUAN FENG SINGAPORE
Design and Build
Working on a 6m high ceiling unit. We manage to construct this beautiful unit with mezzanine and achieved 2,700mm height for both stories with our precised M&E and structural planning.
Working on just a 100mm allowance between ceiling and beam. Every routing of the M&E is carefully planned and cassette unit strategically plan.
FRANKE FLAGSHIP STORE SINGAPORE
Build
It was always a joy to work with Franke's designer from Switzerland. Full PU spray paint cabinet and stringent allowance for their display units, using precision engineering to fabricate their steel fixture. It was a challenge but we duly delivered
ROYAL INTERIOR FURNITURE
Build
It was a challenge working with designer to construct this lovely showroom as the unit was run-down.
Giving it a full face-lift for their shop front and we turn it into a gorgeous double story showroom.

The first Church project which we handled. It was never easy with the authority, to comply with the regulation and requirement to construct a mezzanine in this 8m high sanctuary hall.
