Earning the trust of Owner and help them achieve the effect by using different construction method to reduce the costing.

4th time working with Shenn, owner of Carpenter and Cook to deliver this double storey lovely cafe in Pandan Valley

Immediate hit within the condominium community and attract outsider crowd to the Cafe bringing life to the neighbourhood.

Design and Build

Complete transforming of the unit from the original within 4 weeks to give Shan Cheng a new refresh look.

Work was never straight forward as we need to study the existing MEP before proceeding with the project.

THE MAST, SINGAPORE

Budgeting Consultancy and Build

Time zone different, language barrier, Italian style of layout that was not to Singapore SFA regulation.

This was started off by client engaging us for budgetary consultation whereby we try to understand their concept and location of their unit and work out the budget.

With just layout, some elevation, and no MEP schedule. we delivered the project with near zero add on cost. That's how precised we are in our quotation to deliver the project.
